Their models are unsustainable, and this again confirms the fact that some industry representatives are using this platform. High commissions and late payments (sometimes for months) are another reason why the reluctance of experts to use the existing platform.

Issues with delays in payments

Currently, payments for services on the platform are done through a centralized system. The procedure is as follows: the customer pays the platform, the platform pays a beauty salon with a delay of two weeks, monthly or more. The cost of banking and transactions is paid twice. In addition, due to the beauty salon delays, there is no advantage paying cash. Through JOY, payments will be made in a peer-to-peer manner, without bank fees, the recipient will promptly receive them on request.

A specialist receives push notifications on his phone, and his tasks automatically match their schedule.

Suppliers can arrange their profiles (photos, prices, descriptions, hours of work, etc.). Suppliers will also receive statistical and analytical information about their business, which will enable them to make management decisions and change their business proposals in the right direction. JOLYY will always adhere to the position that suppliers should have the freedom to manage their profile. Every beauty expert will install on his smartphone an app specially designed by JOLYY (patent application, current version - JOLYY Business on Google Play and Apple App Store), which lets them set their schedule to the fullest.

In order for online order to be successful, online orders must be correlated with offline. The current platform does not provide an easy way to populate schedules with offline orders, and these hours remain unavailable to Internet clients. This is one reason why no supplier listed on the site is currently updating their schedule online. Another important reason is expensive commissions.
